Terms and Conditions

1. Operator and agreement

These Terms govern access to the ManzaOS electronics repair and retail management service operated by Ready 4u Resources (registration no. KT0459286-U), of 79, Jalan Jerteh, Kampung Raja, 22200 Besut, Terengganu, Malaysia (“ManzaOS”, “we”, “us”). By creating or using an account, the subscribing shop and its authorised users agree to these Terms.

2. Service scope

ManzaOS provides hosted tools for repair jobs, customers, devices, inventory, point-of-sale, payments, receipts, warranties, reporting and related operations. Features may change for security, legal, reliability or product reasons. ManzaOS is not an accounting, tax, legal or payment-advisory service.

3. Shop responsibility

The subscribing shop is responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of data it enters, notices given to its customers, staff authorisation, device custody, repair decisions, pricing, tax, receipts, warranties and regulatory obligations. Each user must use an individual account. Accounts and credentials must not be shared.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not access another shop’s data, probe or bypass security, upload malicious or unlawful material, misuse personal data, interfere with service availability, reverse engineer restricted components, or use the service for fraud or unlawful surveillance.

5. Plans, limits and payment

Access may be subject to a plan, trial period, user-seat limit, storage limit and fees stated in an order or subscription record. Online payment processing is not included unless separately introduced. We may suspend access for an expired trial, cancelled subscription, material breach, security risk or legal requirement after reasonable notice where practicable.

6. Data and privacy

The shop retains responsibility for and rights in its business data. ManzaOS processes shop-customer and staff data to provide, secure, support and maintain the service as explained in the Privacy and PDPA Notice. A shop must not enter personal data it has no lawful basis to process.

7. Support access

Platform support may access a shop only for a stated support or security purpose through time-limited, visibly indicated and audited support access. Such access does not transfer operational responsibility from the shop.

8. Security and continuity

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute security. Shops must keep appropriate exports, business-continuity procedures and contact details current. Planned maintenance and emergency remediation may affect availability.

9. Suspension and termination

A shop may request cancellation subject to its commercial agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, security threats or legal obligations. Data retention, export and deletion arrangements must follow the subscription agreement, applicable law and the Privacy Notice. Transaction history should normally be deactivated or retained rather than destructively altered.

10. Intellectual property

ManzaOS and its software, branding and documentation remain the property of the operator or licensors. The shop receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during its authorised subscription.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any negotiated service levels, liability caps, indemnities or refund rights must be stated in the applicable commercial agreement.

12. Changes

Material changes will be presented with a new version and may require fresh acceptance. Continued access after the stated effective date may be subject to acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and contact
